Our Service

Choosing window shutters and blinds and selecting a particular style can be complicated but we're here to make this simple for you.

Our design led approach includes: 

1) We will visit your property to look at the window type, shape and design. We check the window dimensions and openly discuss the options that will best suit your house. 

2) We will help you to select the product type, specification and show you our panel and frame samples.

3) Share with you our colour swatches or discuss the options for picking a bespoke colour of your choice. 

4) We will provide you with a quotation and confirm with you the approximate lead times. Our shutter prices start from £320 per m2 plus fitting. 

5) Once your order and deposit is received, the team will process this and confirm to you via the supplied contact details.

6) We will discuss with you our shipping timescales, agree on a suitable date for installation with our qualified fitters and install. 

7) Completion - we provide a Quality Assurance service.

We provide a 5 year warranty across the range of shutters.
